[waterloo adventures]Overnight TikTok sensation, Gucci the calf, stops into Waterloo’s Chick-fil-A

WATERLOO, Iowa (KWWL) — Saturday morning, TikToK sensation Gucci the calf was spotted at the Chick-fil-A on Flamming Dr in Waterloo.

KWWL was able to stop in and see the seven month old calf eating fruit out of a cup in the passenger seat of his owner’s car, while kids came up to meet the little guy.

Gucci and his owner, Mason Corkery of Jesup, Iowa, became overnight sensations after Corkery’s video of them in a Dairy Queen drive-thru grabbing ice cream went viral.

The video, posted on Thursday, May 27, garnered 6.6 million views, and 1.9 millions likes.

Corkery apparently received dozens of requests to bring his pet calf to Chick-fil-A, famously known for its Bovine mascot, for petting opportunities.

Corkery majored in Animal Science at Ellsworth Community College and now cares for newborn calves at Hook Stock Farms.

Turns out, Gucci also has a sister named, “Boujee.”

KWWL was told his next stop for the weekend would be Starbucks.
